Will the timber hold its colour?

The pressure treatment that protects against rot and fungal attack stays in the wood for years without attention. The Rustic Brown or Light Green surface stain is what fades, and that is worth refreshing every two to three years. The two are separate: one is structural protection, one is cosmetic finish.
